Food labelling can be a powerful tool to drive food system change if it is designed to truly institute greater transparency and accountability in food production.
In this podcast series we talk to brands and non-profits about the need for a mandatory food labelling system that truly represents the method of production using data from the farm level and how this initiative could create a movement of positive change to an agro-ecological revolution through with properly informed consumer.
